Toxic love trio

Why did I make this? I'm not sure, it's not really the season of either valentine's or anti valentine's and my own love life is perfectly happy. 

I have to admit, it came to me in a dream, or rather in that strange liminal space between sleep and awake. Our heater is really loud, so loud it got the nickname "the airplane" and I always think I'm hearing music in the white noise, as I was waking up, I was sure I was hearing "Heart Of Glass" by Blondie, and I was trying to find the rest of the song while dragging myself out of sleep when all 3 patterns just jumped, fully formed, from my sleep confused brain. 

So, 3 new wave / post punk songs from my teens, and 3 sharp objects is a minimalist style in black and red (I used Raven by Almond MNM and Gandy Tango by HDF). 

Each pattern is 48x100 stitches.
